Vincent Jay (France), Olympic champion in sprint and bronze medalist in pursuit in Vancouver:

— Ten days before the Olympic games our team was training at a very beautiful place near Vancouver. We trained very intensively for hours. I wasn't stressed at all before the race, as I wasn't audience and reporters' favorite. It's one of the reason of my success. And our biathletes' skis worked well.

Situation changed during the pursuit — I felt much pressure, as I started the first. I'm very glad, I managed this race properly and won «bronze».

I think, the fact, that I had already got gold medal helped me. My dream came true. I very like the way I'm making progress. In 2008 I took the 83-rd position in total World Cup event, in 2009 — the 29-th place, and this year — the first. Next season I want to be in top ten of the best world biathletes. So, I'm going to train more intensively every day in summer and autumn. Games in Vancouver gave me a lot of pleasant impressions. Now I'm longing for the Olympic games in Sochi. Every time we come to compete to Russia everything is organized at a high level. There are always a lot of fans on the stadiums. I like Russian Anthem, I like watching Russian sportsmen singing it.
